In your iGroove account, you can view your sales figures and detailed information about streams and downloads at any time. There are two different views:
1. Sales Trends
Show provisional download and streaming data (including pre-sales)
Data appears with a delay of about 1–2 days
Amounts are based on estimates generated by our AI “Muse” (accuracy over 98%)
Variations may occur due to:
Currency fluctuations
Store corrections
Missing trend data from certain stores
Manipulated activity (e.g., bots)
2. Credits
Include all income that has already been settled with the stores
Visible under “My Balance → Account Balance” or directly on each release
A credit statement is issued once a month and added to your account
Depending on the store, it may take up to 6 months for trend income to be fully settled (for smaller stores, settlements often occur semiannually)
Under “Paid Periods,” you can see which reporting periods have already been credited.
