4.3 How and when do I get paid?

Learn how your monthly statements work, when you can request payouts starting from 100 units, and how long it takes for the money to reach your account.

Statements:

  • You receive your statement monthly at the beginning of the month, with a two-month delay.
    Example: Earnings from January → statement at the beginning of March.

  • The statement email includes:

    • Your top release (including earnings)

    • Your top song (including earnings)

Account statistics:

  • You can find detailed insights directly in your iGroove account.

  • There, you can also download your statement as an XLS or PDF file.

Payouts:

  • You can request a payout from your iGroove balance to your bank account at any time.

  • Payments are usually processed within 7–10 business days after email confirmation, and no later than 20 business days.

  • Minimum payout amount: 100 CHF / EUR / USD / GBP.

  • Each payout request automatically transfers your full current balance.

  • If an error occurs (e.g., incorrect bank details), the payment will be refunded to your iGroove account.

  • Payouts not confirmed within 30 days will also be refunded to your account.

⚠️ Note: Common reasons for the payout not being executed include :

  • Payout function is temporarily deactivated due to pending verification of the information provided by the client when we were contacting regarding the change of client's login credentials.

  • Minimum payout amount (100 CHF / EUR / USD / GBP) has not been reached.


If you want to change your Payout Account and Bank information, follow the below pathway:

  • Log in to your iGroove account -> My Credits -> New Payouts -> change Account Information & Bank Information

If you are a rev-share partner (lead customer):

  • Log in to your iGroove account → Click on "Pay out" in the top right corner → Change account and bank information
