Statements:
You receive your statement monthly at the beginning of the month, with a two-month delay.
Example: Earnings from January → statement at the beginning of March.The statement email includes:
Your top release (including earnings)
Your top song (including earnings)
Account statistics:
You can find detailed insights directly in your iGroove account.
There, you can also download your statement as an XLS or PDF file.
Payouts:
You can request a payout from your iGroove balance to your bank account at any time.
Payments are usually processed within 7–10 business days after email confirmation, and no later than 20 business days.
Minimum payout amount: 100 CHF / EUR / USD / GBP.
Each payout request automatically transfers your full current balance.
If an error occurs (e.g., incorrect bank details), the payment will be refunded to your iGroove account.
Payouts not confirmed within 30 days will also be refunded to your account.
