After following the steps from: Setup Webchat,
Click on Download Code in the top right corner .
Login to your Workstand account.
Click on Website > Template Publisher > JavaScript.
Upload the script in a .js format.
Drag the script to the right side and apply.
Save changes on the template publisher page.
