Return rights
You have 30 days if you want to return an order from us starting from the day you get your order from us.
How our 30 days return right work:
Parcel shop delivery: If you've chosen parcel shop delivery, your 30 day return right starts from the day you pick up your order at the parcel shop.
Home delivery: If you've chosen home delivery to your address, your 30 day return right starts from the day your order is delivered to your home address.
If you return an item from a order with several items and then later, within your 30 days return right, return another item from the order, you will be charged individually for each return.
Exchanging products
If you wish to exchange your product to a new size, color or style, you have to return the product, and then make a new order for the exact style you want. The 30 day return right also applies for product exchanges, meaning if 30 days has passed, you can no longer exchange your product.
