In the table below delivery times and shipping methods are visible for all countries we deliver to. Delivery times are provided in weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary and take longer.
The goods must be acknowledged upon receipt. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs. People at the delivery address (a family member, a friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus acknowledge the receipt with binding effect for you.

Shipping methods explained
Shipping methods vary depending on what country you're getting delivered to. This is visible when selecting shipping method on our webshop, and also visible in the table above referred to as "Delivery times per country".
DHL Express | Choose delivery either to your home address or to a parcel shop. This can be changed after the package has been shipped up until 24 hours before it's delivered to you - you can change the delivery method via the shipping email you get from DHL Express. Fast express delivery with short delivery times. |
DHL Connect Home Delivery | Delivery directly to your home address, with standard and regular delivery times. |
GLS Parcel Shop | Delivery to a GLS parcel shop of your choice. You'll select the parcel shop yourself when checking out on our webshop. Standard and regular delivery times. |
GLS Home Delivery | Delivery directly to your home address - only available in Denmark. Standard and regular delivery times. |
Deliveries and important notices
The countries in the table above are the only countries we delivery to. We do not deliver to any other countries, than what's listed here.
The delivery times provided are purely estimates provided in week days, you may experience longer delivery times than what is stated here.
For orders in Norway and United Kingdom, all taxes and duties are paid by Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk.
Sweden has some remote areas where delivery with GLS Parcel Shop may not be possible. In these cases, please use shipping with DHL Express.
Click and collect
Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect - therefore it is not possible to pick up online orders in our stores. You always have the option to get your order delivered directly to your address.
