You're free to return your within the 30 day return window. Remember to ensure that the product you're returning meets the following requirements:
Must be in new and un-used condition.
Must be properly packaged.
Must not have been washed.
Must not have been exposed to smoke.
Must not have any strong smells.
Must not have hairs from animals.
Original product packaging must be included.
Original tags and labels must not have been cut off the product.
You can only return your order from the Country your order was originally delivered to. For example if you placed an order on ilsejacobsen.com that was delivered to Ireland, you must also return and send back this order from within Ireland. (You can not travel to another Country and return your order from there.)
Exchange product, size or color: If you wish to exchange your product for another size, color or style, that's easily done by returning your order following the guid below, and then placing a new order afterwards.
Returning 2 or more separate orders: If you're returning several different (or part) of orders, it is in no way possible to return these in the same package. This will be refused at our warehouse and sent back to you.
You must pack each order you're returning in accordance with the guidelines below.

How to return:
Fill out the return form included in your order when you received it.
Pack the items you wish to return securely and include the filled out return form inside the package with the products you're returning.
Attach the included prepaid shipping label visibly on the outside of the package. (If there's an old label on the package you must cover this so it's not visible)
Get a receipt when you drop off the package. (This is your proof of return if a package gets lost during shipping.)
When your return package has been received and handled, the return fee of 7 EUR. will be deducted and the remaining amount of your order will be refunded to the same method of payment as you purchased your order with. The entire process takes 5-10 business days.

Please use the return form, complete it with the correct information, and select the reason for return in the form below for each product you are returning. If you dont have the returnform please ask customer service for one and they will provide it to you.
Please make sure your return items are packed securely, and remember to include the completed return form in the package. Thank you!
Please attach the return label clearly to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest DHL Express Economy location. If you do no have the returnlabel, please ask customer service for one and they will provide it to you-
Once we've received and processed your return, a £ 15 return fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will then be refunded to you.
