You're free to return your within the 30 day return window. Remember to ensure that the product you're returning meets the following requirements:
Must be in new and un-used condition.
Must be properly packaged.
Must not have been washed.
Must not have been exposed to smoke.
Must not have any strong smells.
Must not have hairs from animals.
Original product packaging must be included.
Original tags and labels must not have been cut off the product.
You can only return your order from the Country your order was originally delivered to. For example if you placed an order on ilsejacobsen.com that was delivered to Ireland, you must also return and send back this order from within Ireland. (You can not travel to another Country and return your order from there.)
Exchange product, size or color: If you wish to exchange your product for another size, color or style, that's easily done by returning your order following the guid below, and then placing a new order afterwards.
Returning 2 or more separate orders: If you're returning several different (or part) of orders, it is in no way possible to return these in the same package. This will be refused at our warehouse and sent back to you.

How to return
1. Ensure the item(s) you're returning are in new and unused condition, with hangtags still attached.

5. Select and type quantity of item(s) you're returning.
6. Fill out return reason.
7. A return label will be sent to you via e-mail. Print this return label and attach it on the outside of your return package.
8. Hand over the return package to your nearest DPD parcel shop.
9. When we receive and approve the return, your money will be refunded to the same account you placed the order with. A return fee of 9 GBP will be deducted from your return.
