1. Ensure the item(s) you're returning are in new and unused condition, with hangtags still attached.

6. Fill out return reason.
7. A return label will be sent to you via e-mail. Print this return label and attach it on the outside of your return package.
8. Hand over the return package to your nearest DPD parcel shop.
9. When we receive and approve the return, your money will be refunded to the same account you placed the order with. A return fee of 9 GBP will be deducted from your return.

7. En returetikett vil bli sendt til deg via e-post. Skriv ut denne returetiketten og fest den på utsiden av returemballasjen
8. Lever returen til din nærmeste DHL Express Parcel Shop.
9. Når vi mottar og godkjenner returen, vil pengene bli refundert til samme konto du brukte ved bestillingen. Et returgebyr på 90 NOK vil bli trukket fra din refusjon.
Vennligst tillat 5–10 virkedager for returprosessen.
Når din returpakke er mottatt og behandlet, vil returgebyret på 90 NOK bli trukket fra og det resterende beløpet av din bestilling vil bli refundert til samme betalingsmetode som du brukte ved kjøp av bestillingen din. Hele prosessen tar 8-12 virkedager.
