There are a few steps you must take to connect your smartwatch device for a Surprisingly Awesome Meeting or Experience.
Once you have been invited to a meeting or experience, you should receive an email from Immersion Meetings with links to download the app and with an anonymous code enabling you to join meetings. Please see below to learn more about downloading the app that corresponds with the smartwatch you own.
Once you have properly downloaded the app to your phone and your device, the next step for joining the meeting is to simply to attend the meeting and join via your smartwatch Sense app. You should receive a notification 2-minutes before the meeting, which you can click to join.
If you do not receive a notification, navigate to the 'Sense' app on your smartwatch, enter your anonymous confirmation code (provided in the first Immersion Meetings email you received) if it is not already entered, and click the button to join. Also make sure that you have allowed notification for your smartwatch:
