Immersion is entirely dedicated to the validity and reliability of the results we provide. Our Immersion algorithms are based on 20+ years of academic, peer-reviewed research. These algorithms are developed to eliminate noise and error from the data we collect via smartwatch devices. For example, participants with flatlined or incomplete data are automatically removed from the report card.
We have also thoroughly tested the quality of data we obtain from the smartwatch devices we support, and we only support devices we know have a high level of accuracy of data output.
Finally, we also calculate a baseline for each individual who participates and adjust their data to their baseline. This allows us to account for any pre-existing physiologic differences across individuals. We are careful not to overadjust because we want you to get accurate results for each individual.
