Notes are super-duper helpful for adding content to a Live Experience measurement. Use them to notate topic changes or important moments that you want to look back at later! These will be super helpful for analyzing the data after the experience, but they can also be great for quick-reporting results in real-time at the end of an event!
Adding notes during your experience:
You can add notes during live data collection by clicking on the blue 'Add Note' button on the lower left-hand side of your screen while you are conducting data collection. Be sure to open this window as soon as you begin to monitor the experience, as the note will be placed as soon as you start typing in the notes box. This helps to ensure the accuracy of the notation! To actually post the note, hit enter or click 'Post'.
Nerdy tip: Click the button a few seconds late? No worries! You can edit and move these notes after creating them!
Adding notes after your experience:
After the experience, notes can also be added through the Second-by-Second tab. Simply click the pen icon on the top right of the tab, click the time point where you would like to make a note, and add the context!
Editing Notes:
It's easy peasy to edit notes! To move them, simply hover, click and drag! To edit the text or the length of the note, click on the pen above the note itself, do the desired edits, and click the checkmark to save!
