A Google smartwatch includes watches such as Fossil, TicWatch, Movado, etc., which run Google WearOS. Google Smartwatches are ONLY supported on Android phones, and not any iPhone.
To pair your WearOS smartwatch to your smartphone to use Immersion, take a look at the steps below:
Double check the operating system on your Android and WearOS smartwatch
For your Android phone: Immersion supports Android 10 or newer.
For your Google Smartwatch that uses WearOS: Immersion supports the wearOS 2.25 or higher.
To check which operating system your WearOS is running:
On your smartwatch, go to Settings > System > About > Versions
To find the OS version, look under “Wear OS by Google” or “Android OS”.
For information on updating the OS version, head to this google help article.

2. Ensure that your Google smartwatch is connected to phone's WearOS app
This step is for those who are new to their Google smartwatch or haven't used it in a while. If you've been connected to and using your smartwatch, you can skip this step.
To set up your Google smartwatch at first, you must connect the smartwatch to the WearOS app on your phone. For detailed instructions on how to do that, head to this Google help article.
Once your smartwatch is connected, your WearOS app should look like this:
2. Download the Immersion app on your phone and your watch
Make sure to download the “Immersion Mobile” app on the Google Play store for both your smartphone AND Google Smartwatch. You can search the name or scan the QR code below.
For the Smartwatch, go to the Google Play store on the watch. Then, click on “apps on my phone” and download Immersion Mobile. For a video walk through of these instructions, take a look at this video:
3. Pairing your Google Watch to your Smartphone on Immersion
To pair your Watch to the app, open the Immersion app on your Android smartphone.
