Using the "Copy Your Experience" Feature

Use this feature to make a duplicate of your previous Experience or edit from that copy!

This feature allows you to copy an Experience, and save it as a new Experience! You can leave the copy exactly the same as your previous Experience (just edit the time and date). You can also use it as a template and make edits from that copy!

Just follow the instructions below:

  • Firstly, go to your “My Experiences” page. Then, hover over your desired Experience and click the 3 dots which appear to the right of the row (image below). This will give you a few options, including “Copy”

  • A window will appear to confirm your choice to copy.

Then, a second page will pop up, prompting you to review the details of the Experience. You can click into the participant info. or the time window, and you will be taken to respective pages where you can “Add / Remove” folks as well as reset the time.

  • As a reminder, you can remove participants by clicking on the blue text “[number] Participants added" on the review page above. There, you can edit the invited participants. Unless you edit your participants through this step, participants from the original Experience will automatically be copied to the new Experience.

  • Furthermore, always remember to update the new time and date for your Experience. Otherwise, the time will default to start one minute after using the copy function. For Pre-Recorded Experiences, the viewing window auto-sets to 24-hrs, and for Live Experiences, it sets to a 1-hr duration, so be sure to change this if you would prefer a different time frame.
