When pairing the watch to your phone, it can be tricky getting the app open on your watch. To start off, double-check that you have the supported OS system on an Apple Watch that is Series 3 or newer. If you have an older OS system (earlier than 7.1), then it’s time to update it!
If you have the supported Apple Watch and an updated OS system and are still unable to find the app on your watch, try manually installing the app instead.
Open the Apple Watch App (You must have the Immersion App installed on your phone.
Scroll down to the available apps section.
Find "Immersion" and click Install.
