Sometimes our service will face huge workload and projects may be delayed. To ensure your best experience, we will automatically return your credits for the project if the processing takes more than 90 minutes, but still produce clips for that project anyways.
We also return credits for all failed projects. Possible reasons for failed projects include:
Not able to render enough clips.
Not able to render any clips.
Not enough words detected.
