Upgrading

There are three ways to make your subscription more powerful!

Upgrading your plan

If you are a Starter plan user, you can upgrade to Pro plan in your subscription page. You only need to pay for for proration and start the Pro plan immediately.

This means that you only need to pay for the difference between your current plan and the Pro plan. For example:

  • Your current plan is $9 per month

  • You want to upgrade it to a $38 two pack Pro plan.

  • You have already used the current plan for 20 days.

Then you only need to pay for ($38-$9) * (30-20) / 30 = $9.6 to upgrade. Here is what will happen next:

  • Your plan will be changed to Pro plan immediately and all your projects will be able to use Pro features

  • You will get 300 minutes *2 * (30-20) / 30 = 200 minutes of extra credits. These are your unused Pro plan credits.

  • All your current credits will be transferred to the Pro plan.

Adding more packs

If you're on the Pro plan, you can upgrade by adding more packs for extra resources like team seats and monthly credits.

This upgrade starts a new billing cycle immediately, and you'll be charged for the full amount of the new plan. Your unused credits will also have their expiration extended to the end of this new cycle.

Upgrade to yearly plan

Upgrading from a monthly Starter or Pro plan to a yearly plan provides cheaper credits with a 13-month expiration, compared to the 60-day limit on monthly plans.

Downgrading

Sometimes you might find that your usage is not as high as you expected, or you think basic features are enough for you. You can downgrade your plan from Pro to Starter or remove packs to reduce your cost.

All downgrades happen at the end of the current billing cycle, so you can enjoy all the benefits of your current plan until then.
