In all cases the deductible is maximum 1000 Euro per incident.

If there is smaller damage, say a broken side mirror valued at 250 Euro, your deductible is 250 Euro + 15 Euro admin, not the full 1000 Euro.

Be aware that the insurer checks if the damage was the result of 1 incident or multiple. Which multiplies your deductible. Imagine, a chipped wheel rim and a stone through the windshield are clearly 2 separate events, thus will be invoiced separately. But an incident where the entire front of the car was damaged is 1 incident.
