How can I cancel my account?

Please contact support@impactfactors.net. Please note, if you have an active contract with us for Mobile and/or TV app, in order to cancel, you will need to let us know 30 days before your contract expiration date, otherwise your contract will be renewed automatically for the same term. Please understand, we are waiving all setup fees for you and we do a lot of work to bring your account up and running and that’s why for Mobile App and TV App we require a 2-year contract.

Please note, that if after cancellation you will decide to re-signup for our services, you will not be able to use our discounted and limited time offer to price. You will also lose all your data 30 days after cancelation and you will not be able to get our giving platform and merchant services without monthly fees.
