How To Register Your Organization

Before submitting your application for registration with ImpactClub® please review the eligibility requirements your organization must meet. You can find those requirements here.

After you have determined your organization meets all the requirements listed on the eligibility page, submit your application for registration here. 

What you will need to fill out when registering your Charity/Organization
There are four steps to registration:

Step 1 - Select your Club/City, If you don’t see an ImpactClub® in your city/community, then select Virtual. This ImpactClub® takes place online, via videoconference, and streams worldwide.

Step 2 - Complete the General Information section, please double-check the information you give. If your information is entered incorrectly our Verification & Auditing team will be unable to verify your organization and a determination of “ineligible” will be issued. Also, keep in mind, if chosen to present and an ImpactClub® event,  the 200-word story-bio, will be used as part of the voting ballot and your charity profile. Make those 200 words count and yes, only 200 words or less are mandatory, we will delete what we need to in order to get to the correct word count. 

Step 3 - Complete the Primary and Emergency Contact section. We recommend three different contacts. If Charity/Organization is chosen to present, from the time of the first contact via Basecamp, we will need a response within 24 hours to confirm participation. If we do not receive a response the time allotted, the next charity selected will be contacted in your place. 

Step 4 - Internal Review and Verification, Once your application is received, your non-profit will be reviewed. Within 1-2 business days, someone from our Charity Verification & Auditing Team here at ImpactClub® headquarters will be in touch.

Once you have submitted your application, a temporary profile will be created in our system. This profile will appear on our local amplification page and will show your status as "Pending Approval". This means your organization is not eligible for voting quite yet. 

In order for the "Pending Approval" status to be removed, you will undergo our verification process. This process is handled by our Charity Verification & auditing team at ImpactClub® headquarters. You will find more details about the verification process here.
