Joining the Zoom Webinar

These are the instructions for joining the Zoom webinar on the night of the event and for the test run.

Locating the Zoom Link

The link to join the webinar (which is the same link used for the test run) should be in the invite to be a "Panelist for Zoom" emails. If you do not see the invite, check your spam folder or search "Panelist" in the search bar of your email. If you still can't find the email, no worries. Just refer to the email you received from the ImpactClub® team outlining these details. 

Once you locate the "invite" email, you will click the link directly below "Join from a PC or Mac".

Joining the Webinar 

After you have clicked the link to join the webinar, you will see one of two screens:

SCREEN 1

If you see this screen do not worry. This just means we are not in the room yet. Once we enter the room from our side you should see "Screen 2" (see below). Do not leave this screen. We will pop-up once we log in.

SCREEN 2

After we have opened up the room from our end you should see this screen. At this point, all you need to do is click the green "Join" button. This is also a good time to click the "test speaker and microphone" link to be sure your audio is working correctly. 

Once you have selected "Join with computer audio" it should enable you to join the room using audio. At that point, you should see us in the room.
