When I logged into my account I could no longer see any of the StoryAthlete™ or GRIT groups...

When I logged into my account I could no longer see any of the StoryAthlete™ or GRIT groups I previously had access to and or Facebook Workplace keeps prompting me to create a new account/enter my email address.

This usually means you have created a duplicate account that is not associated with the StoryAthlete™ community. This happens when you attempt to login using your email address instead of the username and password you chose when you initially claimed your account. If you cannot remember your username you will need to contact support@impactclub.com.

To Access Your Account:

  1. Log out of the account you're currently in. 

  2. Make sure you are on the correct login page.

  3. Log back in using your username (not your email address) and password.
