On Ecomarket and Ecoshop, you can pay for eligible products using your Edenred or Monizze vouchers. You can let the system automatically select the vouchers available on your account, or choose which ones you want to use yourself.
If your voucher balance is not enough to cover the full order, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
How do I use my Edenred or Monizze vouchers?
First, you need to link your Edenred or Monizze account to your Ecomarket/Ecoshop account.
Click “Link my accounts”, then select Edenred or Monizze.
Once your account is linked, your vouchers will automatically appear among the available payment methods.
💡 You can link multiple voucher providers if, for example, you have both Edenred and Monizze vouchers.
Where can I check my voucher balance?
Click “Link my accounts” to view your available balances.
Your vouchers are grouped into the following categories:
Meal
Sport & Culture
Eco
Gift
You can see the available balance for each type of voucher, as well as the cards linked to them.
How do I pay for a product with my vouchers?
In your shopping cart, each product has its own payment option.
By default, this is set to “Automatic.” Ecomarket/Ecoshop will check your available vouchers and prioritise a voucher that can be used for that product.
You don’t need to set anything up manually.
Can I choose which vouchers I want to use?
Yes. In your shopping cart, click on the product’s payment option and select “Customise.”
You can then choose which voucher or vouchers you want to use for that product.
This allows you to combine different types of vouchers, choose exactly which voucher to use, or decide not to use your vouchers for a particular product.
Can I use my vouchers to pay for only part of a product?
Yes. You can use your vouchers to cover part of the price and pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
For example, for a €10 product, you can pay €6 with vouchers. The remaining €4 will be added to the outstanding balance of your order.
Can I combine my vouchers with another payment method?
Yes. If your vouchers do not cover the full amount of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using another available payment method, such as a credit card, PayPal, Bancontact or Pluxee.
For example, if your order totals €20 and you pay €15 with vouchers, you can pay the remaining €5 using the payment method of your choice.
Which payment option should I choose: Automatic or Customise?
Choose Automatic if you simply want to use your available vouchers without having to decide how they should be allocated.
Choose Customise if you want to decide exactly which voucher to use for each product.
