The most likely reason is that you attempted to make a payment using a voucher (e.g., eco vouchers, gift vouchers, consumption vouchers), but the remaining balance on your card was insufficient.
When everything goes well, the payment system offers to complete the remaining balance with another payment method, and once done, your order is confirmed.
However, it may happen that the system bugs, or simply that you do not wish to complete the payment with another method.
Consequently, the payment processor considers the payment to have failed, and our system does not recognize this order as paid and therefore confirmed.
When this happens, you should contact us via our chat with the following information:
The email used for your order.
The number of your Edenred, Sodexo, or Monizze payment card (the Edenred card always starts with 100 or 110).
