Here's how they advise you to check your balance:
Consult your Personal MyEdenred Space.
Consult your Edenred mobile app (if you have installed it).
Check your last receipt from a payment where you used your vouchers.
Call their phone line: 027022002 (keep in mind this is an Edenred phone line, not Ecomarket!).
Pluxee (Formerly Sodexo)
Two methods are outlined in Pluxee's FAQ: Waar raadpleeg ik het saldo van mijn kaart? or Où puis-je consulter le solde de ma carte ? (couldn't find one in english).
Here's how they advise you to check your balance:
Consult your Pluxee user account (if you do not have an account yet, simply create one).
Check your last receipt from a payment where you used your vouchers.
Monizze

Here's how they advise you to check your balance:
- Consult the Monizze app.
- Consult your MyMonizze account.
- Through the app of one of their partners (KBC/CBC mobile, Belfius, Payconiq or Joyn).
- By SMS: send MS to 3377 (€0.15 per sent and received SMS).
- Check your last receipt from a payment where you used your vouchers.
- By calling 0800/212.17 (keep in mind this is a Monizze phone line, not Ecomarket!).
