Create your account
Fiscal Sponsors will send sign-up links to sponsored organization admins. If you have not received your link, please contact your fiscal sponsor and ask them to re-send a new one.
π‘ Your personalized emailed link can only be provided by your sponsor. Please do not share this with anyone!
Org admins can invite team members and assign roles to them.
Sign-up emails will be sent from no-reply@impactgraph.ai. If you cannot find your sign-up email, check your junk mail. If you still cannot find the sign-up email, contact your fiscal sponsor.
Click Verify Your Account in the sign up email
βYour account has now been created. Log into ImpactGraph on web by navigating to app.impactgraph.ai.
Complete your Profile
Now that your account is created and verified, you can begin to set up the rest of your account and organization settings.
π‘ You need to complete these steps for both 1) your organization and 2) individual users before you can issue payments and spend cards in the system.
Sign into https://app.impactgraph.ai
Click on your name at the bottom of the left-hand side navigation panel and then click Profile.
Update or set Name, Phone Number, Address, and Date of Birth
βIf needed, complete the Account Details section to make your organization eligible for spend cards
Complete Organization Information
Organization set up is needed to ensure that your customized donation page information is correct. We're planning to add more personalization to this page soon, if you have ideas please let us know at support@impactgraph.ai!
Sign into https://app.impactgraph.ai.
Go to Settings > Organization to view organization and donation page information
Fill out all the necessary information and adjust the styling to fit your organization. The page will save as you update it, so your work won't get lost. Please note that the page publishes automatically at the provided share link!
