With the Goals feature:
Managers can inform employees of their performance deliverables in real time using the Employment Hero platform and the Swag mobile app.
Employees can maintain round-the-clock transparency between themselves and their managers by updating their goals at the click of a button or the tap of an app.
Managers and admins can provide a clear overview of staff output by viewing OKR reports on their staff’s completed, pending, and updated goals.
Employees, managers, and admins can observe a real-time snapshot of staff productivity and alignment with their objectives.
