Understanding the Task Dashboard

The Task Dashboard provides a centralized view of staff tasks and participant care activities. It’s designed to support both high-level oversight and detailed task management, helping you stay on top of daily operations with ease.

View Modes & Customization

You can customize how tasks appear on your dashboard by clicking the Filter icon.

View Mode

Choose the layout that best suits your workflow:

  • Daily view
    Focuses on tasks scheduled for a single day, ideal for day-to-day management.

  • Weekly view
    Displays tasks across the entire week, making it easier to plan ahead and balance workloads.

Weekends

You can choose to hide Saturdays and Sundays to free up space and keep your view focused on the standard workweek.

Billable Totals

View daily billable totals in the format that works best for you:

  • Minutes

  • Hours

This helps you quickly track time and billing at a glance.

Completed Tasks

Hide completed tasks to keep your dashboard clean and focused on active and upcoming work.

Advanced Filtering

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to quickly find the tasks you need.

All vs Outstanding

  • All shows every task.

  • Outstanding displays only incomplete or pending tasks, helping you identify what still needs attention.

Staff Filter (Superadmin only)

Superadmins can filter tasks by individual staff members or view tasks for All Staff, making it easy to review workloads and assignments.

Interactive Task Management

The dashboard allows you to manage tasks directly, without leaving the page.

Task Actions

  • Update task assignments, duration, and billing details

  • Mark tasks as completed

  • Manage associated billing or charges​
