Funding Details
This card shows how the client's services are funded. The fields you see will depend on the client's funding type:
Funding Type: Choose your funding type:
NDIS
Support at Home
Private
HCP, etc
Classification: Choose your funding classification:
Remote
Non-Remote
Remote Aboriginals
Non-Remote Aboriginals
Level: This option only appears for HCP clients
NDIS Number: For NDIS clients, their participant number
Type: For NDIS clients, whether Agency, Plan, or Self Managed
Start Date: When funding began
Send Invoices to: The default invoice recipients.
Team Allocation
This card shows which staff members are assigned to manage this client:
Business: The business unit managing the client
Care Manager: The staff member coordinating care
Scheduler: The staff member handling shift allocation
Account Information
Banking details for payment processing:
Bank: The bank name
BSB: Bank State Branch code (displayed masked)
Account Number: Bank account number (displayed masked)
ITF Status Known:
Client Notes
A free-text area for permanent notes about the client. Use this for information that doesn't change often, such as access instructions or communication preferences.
Preferred Staff to Send
This card lists staff members who should be prioritized when assigning shifts to this client. These appear as green badges. To add or remove preferred staff, click the menu button and select from the dropdown.
Do Not Send Users
This card lists staff members who should not be assigned to this client. These appear as red badges. To add or remove exclusions, click the menu button and select from the dropdown.
