SaH / Private Price Book
The SaH / Private section is divided into three tabs: Price Book, Levels, and Settings.
Accessing SaH / Private
Go to Settings from the main menu
Under the Price Books section, select SaH / Private
Price Book
The Price Book tab displays the HCP Price Book, which defines hourly rates for each service type across different time periods and days.
HCP Price Book Table
Each row in the price book represents a service type with rates that vary by time of day and day of the week. The columns are:
Column | Description |
Type | The support or service type (e.g., Companion Care, Personal Care) |
Category | The care category the service belongs to (e.g., Everyday Living, Clinical) |
Start At (AM) | The time for which AM rates apply |
Start At (PM) | The time for which PM rates apply |
Normal Working AM / PM | Rates for standard weekday hours |
Saturday AM / PM | Rates apply on Saturdays |
Sunday AM / PM | Rates apply on Sundays |
Holiday AM / PM | Rates apply on public holidays |
Actions | Options to edit or delete the entry |
To search for a specific entry, use the Search bar at the top right of the table.
To add a new price entry, click + Add Price and complete the required fields.
To edit or remove an existing entry, click the three-dot action menu in the Actions column beside the relevant row.
Levels
The Levels tab defines the funding classification amounts used for SAH and HCP clients.
SAH Levels
SAH Levels represent support classifications and their associated quarterly funding amounts.
Column | Description |
Classification | The support classification tier (e.g., Classification 1–8) |
Quarterly Amount | The funding amount allocated per quarter for that classification |
Action | Options to edit or delete the level |
To add a new SAH level, click + Add level at the top right of the SAH Levels section.
HCP Levels (Daily Subsidy Amounts)
HCP Levels define the daily government subsidy amounts for each Home Care Package level.
Column | Description |
Level Name | The HCP level (e.g., Level 1, Level 2) |
Daily Subsidy Amount | The daily subsidy amount for that level |
Action | Options to edit or delete the level |
To add a new HCP level, click + Add level at the top right of the HCP Levels section.
To edit or delete any existing level in either table, use the three-dot action menu in the Action column.
Settings
The Settings tab stores provider-level configuration for aged and home care billing.
Field | Description |
Home Care Provider ID | Your organisation's unique Home Care Provider identifier |
Care Management Fee (%) | The percentage fee applied for care management |
To update these fields:
Click Edit in the top-right corner
Update the relevant values
Save your changes
