Different Types of Reports Available

Imploy’s reports are grouped into categories so you can find the right view quickly, depending on what you’re trying to answer. You can browse by category on the left, or use “All Reports” to see everything in one list.

Accessing Reports

From the main menu, click Reports.

You’ll see:

  • A sidebar with grouped report categories

  • A list of reports in the main view

  • Each report shows its category and access level (Free or Premium)

This layout makes it easy to browse reports or jump straight to what you need.

Service Delivery

Service Delivery reports focus on what’s happening in your roster and day-to-day operations. These are best suited for service managers, roster coordinators, and operational oversight.

Available reports include:

  • Shift Analytics: Analyse shift types, volumes, staff allocation, and client coverage

  • Difference in Hours: Compare utilisation differences over time

  • Historical Service Hours: Track weekly service delivery trends

  • Billable Tasks: View billable task hours by staff, client, and price code

  • Incident Report: Analyse incident trends and resolution metrics

  • Vacant Shifts: Identify unfilled shifts and prioritise coverage

  • AI Shift Cautions: Track AI-detected cautions, including severity and trends over time

Clients

Client reports help you understand your client base and individual client activity.

  • Demographics
    View client demographics, status distribution, and funding breakdowns

  • Full Client Report
    Generate a detailed report for a single client, including shifts, tasks, and activity

Sites

Site reports provide visibility into performance and activity at a property level.

  • Site Overview
    View high-level data across sites

  • Revenue Report
    Track revenue linked to each site

  • Associated
    Understand relationships between sites, clients, and staff

Employees

Employee reports support workforce oversight and planning.

  • Demographics
    View staff roles, distribution, and employment status

  • Leave Summary
    Track leave requests, approval rates, and upcoming leave

Finance

Finance reports focus on claims, invoices, and financial performance.

  • Travel Claims
    Analyse travel claim patterns and cost breakdowns

  • Invoice Summary
    Monitor invoice status, payment trends, and client breakdowns

  • NDIA Claims
    Track NDIA claim values, payment status, and trends.

If you’re on the free tier, some reports will be available immediately and others will prompt you to upgrade. This helps you keep the report list consistent across teams, while still controlling access to premium reporting.
