Service Delivery

Service Delivery reports are focused on what’s being delivered in the roster and how that delivery changes over time. These are ideal for service managers, roster coordinators, and operational oversight.

Within Service Delivery, you’ll find:

  • Weekly service hour client comparison: a simple way to see utilisation differences at a client level week-to-week.

  • Service delivery metrics: weekly service-hour views with a stronger “metrics” angle for scanning performance.

  • Weekly billable task report: billable task hours broken down by staff, client, and price code for the week.

  • Incident analytics: trends and resolution-style metrics to understand incident patterns.

  • Vacant shift report: highlights unfilled shifts, helping you prioritise coverage.

  • AI Shift cautions: tracks AI-detected cautions over time, including severity and trends.

  • Shift analytics: a deeper shift-focused report for understanding volumes, allocation, and coverage patterns.

Client Overview

Client Overview reports help you understand who your client base is and how it’s distributed.

Currently this includes:

  • Client demographics: client demographics, status distribution, and funding breakdowns.

Staff Overview

Staff Overview reports are designed for HR, rostering leaders, and team oversight.

These include:

  • Staff overview: role distribution, status, and general demographics.

  • Staff leave summary: leave requests, approval rates, and upcoming leave visibility.

Finance Insights

Finance Insights reports focus on financial operational signals and claims/invoices tracking.

These include:

  • Travel claims analytics: travel claim patterns and cost breakdowns.

  • Invoice summary: invoice status and payment trend style insights.

  • NDIA claims summary: NDIA claim values, payment status, and trend tracking.

If you’re on the free tier, some reports will be available immediately and others will prompt you to upgrade. This helps you keep the report list consistent across teams, while still controlling access to premium reporting.
