With Task Reassigning, you can now hand a task over to another staff member in seconds, no recreating needed.
From inside any task, open the more menu and select Reassign Task. You’ll get a simple staff picker where you can search and choose who should own the task going forward. Once confirmed, the task is immediately assigned to the new staff member and updates across the app.
This is especially handy when someone’s away, workloads change mid-week, or you just want tasks to sit with the person actually responsible for the follow-up.
