The new NDIS Budget Audit Trail gives you a clear record of changes made to a budget, so you can review updates with confidence and answer questions quickly when something doesn’t look right.

From the budget area, you can now open the Audit Trail for a budget to see a timeline of activity. Each entry shows what happened, when it happened, and who made the change, along with any supporting notes captured at the time.

This is especially helpful when multiple people are working in the same client record, when budgets are being adjusted over time, or when you need to confirm why a balance changed. Instead of piecing it together from memory, you can simply open the audit trail and follow the history.
