Accessing an Incident Deep-Dive Profile

To investigate any flagged incident profile or historical timeline data:

  1. Look at the left-hand main navigation sidebar under the Compliance sub-menu dropdown.

  2. Click on Incidents.

  3. Locate the entry you want to review from either your List layout or your Board layout.

  4. Click anywhere on the incident's card or row profile line item to open its full-page deep-dive configuration layout.

Reviewing Integrated AI Shift Cautions

When an field incident is automatically flagged or escalated through our background text analysis, Imploy attaches the foundational shift records straight into your file view so you don't have to navigate to separate schedules.

  1. Open a flagged incident profile from the master ledger.

  2. Review the top information layout card on your screen. Imploy embeds the operational overview here, allowing you to see:

    • Client Profile: The participant's name, assigned appointment title, and specific care type.

    • Shift Metrics: The precise scheduled start time, end time, and the registered appointment street address.

    • AI Text Context: The original support worker shift notes side-by-side with the AI-determined severity metric and risk category.

Auditing Timelines via the Pulse Tab

For quality control and regulatory accountability, every action taken on an incident file generates a digital footprint inside the Pulse tab.
The Pulse tab serves as your automated, foolproof audit trail by logging every status change and file modification in real time. It gives operations managers a crystal-clear, chronological footprint of exactly who did what and when, ensuring your care team is always audit-ready.

  1. Inside the individual incident profile window, look at the tab menu bar running horizontally across the top section of the page (next to Details).

  2. Click on the Pulse tab.

  3. Review your team's tracking metrics via the two core modules displayed on this page:

    • Time in Status: Review the horizontal timeline chart breaking down exactly how many hours or days the open file has spent sitting inside a specific column stage (e.g., 7 days in Triage versus 2 hours in Resolving).

    • Activity Ledger: Scroll down to view the chronological event stream. Every single status modification, personnel assignment change, or file edit is stamped with the exact date, time, and name of the staff member who authorized the change.

Exporting a Compliance Summary Report

If you need to download a clean compliance copy of the original form data that created the incident for external audits or physical record-keeping:

  1. Open the individual incident file profile

  2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the window panel and click the white Submission button.

  3. An Incident Report Form pop-up modal will overlay on your screen, displaying all the originally filled questionnaire fields.

  4. To save it to your device, look at the top-right header of the form modal and click the Download icon button (the tray icon with the arrow pointing down 📥, located directly to the left of the expand icon).

Alternative Option: If you prefer to print out the layout summary instead of downloading the raw submission form data, you can click the Printer icon (🖨️) located directly next to the Submission button on the main incident page header.
