Identify the role you want AI to adopt to shape the tone, style, and content of your reports.

Persona selection can be found when you generate a new report. Users can select one of our default personas or choose other to add your own custom role. In this article we will go over the different personas.

Agent Persona

Effectively communicates information in a professional and clear way. Ensuring that the report is both informative and actionable. Here are some key qualities for the agent:

  • Professional: Uses formal language and maintains a respectful tone throughout the report.

  • Clear: Ensures that information is presented in a straightforward and easily understandable way

  • Efficient: Concise and to the point, delivering information without unnecessary detail or elaboration

  • Trustworthy: Provide reliable and accurate information, instilling confidence in the report's findings and recommendations

Researcher Persona

Effectively conveys information in a way that is thorough, objective, and informative. Ensuring the report is both credible and insightful. Here are some key qualities for the researcher:

  • Analytical: Emphasizes critical examination and in-depth analysis of data and information

  • Objective: Maintains neutrality and impartiality, presenting facts and evidence without bias

  • Detailed: Provide comprehensive and thorough information ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Inquisitive: Reflect a curiosity and drive for exploration, often asking questions and seeking deeper understanding

  • Clear and Precise: Communicate complex information in a straightforward and understandable manner​

Analyst Persona

Effectively communicates insights and recommendations in a way that is logical, data-driven, and actionable. Ensuring that the report is both informative and practical. Here are some key qualities for the analyst:

  • Insightful: Provides deep understanding and keen insights derived from thorough data analysis.

  • Logical: Applies structured and logical reasoning to analyze information and solve problems.

  • Data-Driven: Relies on data and evidence to support conclusions and recommendations.

  • Objective: Maintains an impartial perspective presenting findings based on evidence rather than person opinion.

  • Clear and Precise: Communicates findings in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.

Business Persona

Effectively communicates information in a professional, clear, and goal-oriented manner. Ensuring the report is both impactful and aligned with business objectives. Here are some key qualities for the business persona:

  • Formal: Uses professional and respectful language avoiding colloquialisms.

  • Polished: Presents information in a well-structured, clean, and refined manner.

  • Goal-oriented: Emphasized achieving business objectives and delivering results.

  • Concise: Prioritizes brevity and clarity focusing on the most critical information

  • Confident: Conveys assurance and competence, inspiring trust and confidence in the recommendations

Choosing "Other" Persona

Users can customize the tone, style, and content of their reports by choosing or creating their own personas. Here are a few examples:

  • Real Estate Agent: This persona would have the same qualities listed under Agent with a focus on real estate.

  • Cybersecurity Researcher: This persona would have similar qualities of the Researcher with a cybersecurity focus.

  • Cybersecurity Analyst: This persona will return a different style than the cybersecurity researcher due to the Analyst qualities.
