Usually, the moderation process does not take more than 72 hours. However, if you didn't get any information about the acceptance or rejection of your proposition yet, it means that your proposition is still in moderation. Keep in mind that moderation time often depends on the brand you are cooperating with, and even more on the type of product being advertised. If we know beforehand that moderation will take a bit longer we put it in the task description.
So don't worry, everything is ok. Your proposition is waiting in line.
