Make your readers and the algorithms happier with faster loading times! Our 2.0 platform is loading on average twice as fast on mobile and even faster on desktop. This will help keep readers and display your content and ads quickly to ensure your users see what you want when you want.

Support where you need it. Gone are the days of needing to open another tab and find our help page or start an email chain for help. Our technical support chat tool will be available in the backend of your site. This will help us see where you are when you are looking for help and help the Indiegraf support team identify the issues you need help with faster. You will also be able to access Indy, our chatbot 24/7 during our off hours and search our help centre at right from the UI.

Indiegraf Pay 2.0 is here, giving publishers more control over their Support Us page with features like a one-click Stripe connection and custom pricing options. With our new Pricing Table block, publishers can also create custom pricing tables with Stripe Payment Links.

🔐 Indiegraf Pay 2.0 leverages the Stripe Connect functionality that allows you to grant access to Indiegraf through a secure linked account. This will provide additional security to your account and simplify the sharing of your report data.

Make your content more accessible with Trinity Audio’s text-to-audio feature. This will help you provide an audio version of your articles with little ongoing effort. This is through a partnership with Trinity Audio. There is also the added benefit of revenue share opportunities between your publication and Trinity Audio as well as limited reporting on this feature.

We have added two new content blocks and one updated block to the content editor. Introducing Credit Block and Top 5 most popular articles and our Immersive Story templates!

Support and updates for older versions of our website will be limited going forward and fully phased out by mid-year. Moving to Indiegraf 2.0 assures your site is secured, compatible with the newest technologies and constantly updated.

The new Site Options tab allows you to easily control the appearance of your site and social media. Under the Appearance tab, you edit your menus and sidebar.

Our new Cookie solution commits to GDPR's best practices and allows users to granularly opt in/out of cookies, grouped by the following categories: Strictly Necessary, Performance and Analytics, Advertisement and Targeting, Functionality and Preferences cookies.
