Step 1: Provide Official Notice
The first step in the off-boarding process is to provide official notice to our Customer Support team and your Pub Guide (if you have one).

Message us via our Customer Support platform at support@indiegraf.com + CC your Pub Guide in the message.
This step is essential because it allows us to:
Discuss any issues or challenges you might be experiencing.
Explore possible solutions before officially off-boarding
Receive guidance on the full off-boarding process, including the initial technical steps.
Step 2: Accessing Your Site Content
Our team provides your site content in .csv format, giving you access to all essential information for your site. The exported files include:
Posts and pages
Users
Images
Forms and entries
Events, venues, and organizers
