Windows Player App G2 Player Download and Installation Instructions
To install the Windows Player App G2, simply double-click the installer from: go.industryweapon.com/windowsplayer
If it prompts you to install the Microsoft .NET Framework, answer Yes.If not, please make sure to have the .NET Framework version 4.6.2 or higher installed, which can be downloaded from Microsoft’s website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53345
To ensure that the player runs correctly, Industry Weapon recommends running the Windows Player App G2 as an Administrator user, this will enable the player to have uninterrupted playback on your PC device.

Pairing your Windows Player App G2 with CommandCenterHD
Launch your Windows Player App G2 and wait for the authorization screen. Proceed to Adding Your Windows Player App into CommandCenterHD.
Adding Your Windows Player App G2 into CommandCenterHD
On your CommandCenterHD Dashboard hover over wrench the icon in the upper right and click Devices.
From the Device Manager screen, click Authorize Smart Device.
Enter the authorization code from your player display and then click on the Authorize button.
A new window will pop up prompting you to fill out the following required information. Fill out all of the required information outlined on the next page.
Enter a Player Name.
Change the status to Active.
Select the proper Format of the screen.
Select an Available Channel you would like to playback on the device. Note, only channels in your selected orientation format will be available in the drop down.
If available, select the Connect Mode, in most cases this will be MediaBridge. If this mode is not visible it is because CommandCenterHD connect mode it has not been activated for your account
If available, select the MediaBridge Zone. If you do not have a MediaBridge installed, you will need to do so before your player will function properly. Only required when in MediaBridge Connect Mode.
In the Location field, enter the zip code of where the player will be located, and then press the Get Coordinates button.
Select the correct Time Zone for the location of this device.
Once you have entered all the above fields, click the Save button.
Once your Windows Player App G2 has been saved, it will automatically configure your device information to the player configuration page and your player will recognize the pin and your content will begin to sync.
Once you hit Save, you will notice your display showing a successful pairing and your application (referred to in CommandCenterHD as a “Device”) will begin to sync content for playback.
Windows Player App G2 Uninstall Instructions
To uninstall the Windows Player App G2, navigate to the Windows Start Menu and then click Control Panel.On Windows 10, right-click on the Start Menu icon and choose Control Panel.
Then click Uninstall a Program.
Look for the Windows Player App and select it from the list.
Click the Uninstall button and follow the on-screen prompts.
Content appears broken up and zoomed in.In many instances, Windows 10 will by default be set to 125-150% zoom. To change this you’ll go to the Windows Display settings and change the zoom option to 100%.
The Windows Player App currently does not contain some core features of a standard Industry Weapon Media Player. They may be implemented at a later date. They are listed below:

Incorrect resolution in meta causes pillarboxing or “letterboxing”
Struggles on Celeron machines
Struggles on machines running less than 4GB RAM
Windows may require you to manually allow access to play multicast (pop up appears)
