  • While the player is running, you can click in the designated area specified by the Admin Touch Position to bring up a password field. Entering the password correctly will return you to the main menu screen so you can change any preferences you need to.

What if I’m Using Guided Access Mode?

If you’re using Guided Access Mode to ensure users cannot access other apps while IW Player is running, ensure that you have changed the Auto-Lock setting in Display & Brightness to Never. This will prevent the iPad from locking out and ending playback unexpectedly.
