The Multiline Option allows you to expand the answer box for a Text Field when a longer answer is required.
For example, you are creating a form about allergies etc, you ask the question 'What are some prohibited foods?' and 'Please give detailed information'. These may require a longer response so you would select the Multiline option.
This will ensure that you are able to get all the information needed from each field, keep this option in mind and weigh up whether you might need a longer response or not for each Text Field.
How to use the Multiline Option:
Select the Text Field that requires a longer response.
This will open the Options tab on the right, scroll down to the checkbox that is labelled 'Multiline'.
Save your changes and preview. Repeat this process for each Text Field that requires a longer response.
