Step-by-Step Guide
First, click on Marketplace from the side menu.
Browse through the templates available in the Marketplace.
Use the Tags or Search Bar to help you find what you need.You can click on a Template to preview it.
Select the Use this Template button to begin using a template, or click on the cross (x) to edit the preview.
Once a Template has been selected for use, it will automatically open in the form builder for you to edit and further customise based on your requirements.
Once you are satisfied with your design, click on Publish and select to Share Form to begin distributing and collecting responses.
Alternatively, you can also click on + New Record to complete a response yourself.
