Should you misplaced or had your Infinity Rewards card stolen, visit any of the Infinity Rewards stores for a replacement card.
The card transfer can be done using the below methods;
Cardholder App
Download the Infinity Rewards card app.
Enter the new loyalty card number.
Confirm your cell number.
Enter the OTP send to your cell to authenticate your profile.
Click on the top right of the screen on the grid icon.
Click on Transfer Card
Choose from the list of cards linked to your cell number.
Insert the OTP sent to your cell number to approve the card transfer and click Submit.
In-store Kiosk
Scan the new card.
Enter the cellphone number.
Enter the OTP pin to approve the card transfer
Hint: The transfer option will only work if you have the same cell number as your previous card. If you are still battling with processing the card transfer please request assistance from the store manager
