Click on Cardholder Login
Enter your card number
Enter your birth date ( YYYYMMDD) Example: 19900101
Click on Update Details.
An OPT will be sent to your old cell number in order to make this change.
If you are having trouble logging in due to a phone change or lost SMS access, visit an Infinity Rewards store as only store managers can update your cellphone number in the system. Ensure your new phone number is linked to your account for recovery. Alternatively, log a ticket with our support team for other login issues unrelated to phone number updates.
Steps to Recover Access if You Change Phones or Lose SMS Access
Visit an Infinity Rewards Store: To regain access to your account, update your cellphone number on file by visiting an Infinity Rewards store. Only store managers are authorized to make this change.
Provide Verification: Bring valid ID and any necessary account details to verify your identity.
Log in with Updated Number: After your cellphone number is updated, log in to your Infinity Rewards account using your new number.

Enter your loyalty card number
Confirm your cell number
Click on the grid icon on the top right
Click on My Profile
Add your new details
Click on Save Profile
