R250 is the default redeem limit on a loyalty card. The redeem limit can be increased in the following ways:
Instore Kiosk.
Infinity Rewards App can be downloaded on Google Play or IOS store.
Infinity Portal (in store assistance by store manager)
How to increase your redeem limit at kiosk
Enter card number
Click on redeem limit
An OTP will be sent to authorise that you wish to increase your limit
Insert the OTP
How to increase your redeem limit on Infinity Rewards app
Enter your card number
Confirm your cell number
Enter the OTP to authenticate your profile
Click on Redeem Limit
Click Yes when prompted "are you sure you want to allocate your full cashback balance for redemption"
