What is your return policy? 

For products purchased directly on www.informu.ai, we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 30 day period begins upon the date of your purchase. 

Within those 30 days, you may submit a request for a full refund, product exchange, or informu store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website. 

If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee or deny a return. 

If your item is outside of the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, you can still be eligible for a informu gift card via our 1-Year Limited Warranty. 

How do I begin the returns process?

Do I pay for the cost of shipping for my return? 

For items purchased in the United States, a prepaid label will be provided for return shipments at your request. For other international countries, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

How long does the returns process take? 

For return requests, pre-paid labels are sent request. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days of being received by our return teams.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery on the product in the event that it stops working or becomes defective. If you have any concerns about the product, please contact us at support@informu.io.

If you're experiencing technical issues with the product, please refer to the troubleshooting section in our help center first, then contact us at support@informu.io. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can set up a virtual meeting with our team members to get help using the product and make sure there are no defects inhibiting the product's performance.
