Ford Sync 4 systems have removed the climate page option within the display, so if a cx is going from Sync 3 to Sync 4 they will no longer be able to edit the climate features through the display, they will need to be done through the physical hard buttons on the bezel.
This also applies to temperature changes being made. The screen will not reflect a temperature change. The HVAC system is to be treated just as it was before to upgrading to Sync 4. Only the fan speed will show a pop up.
