If you have a customer that got an IOU upgrade from us, when they go into reverse the backup camera works but the gridlines/guidelines are at an angle and small somewhere on the screen then the IOU module wasn't programmed for backup camera correctly.
We either need the module to come back for re-programming or a custom genie needs to be made to correct the programming. Get with Head GM programmer for custom genie.
