Possible issue A: Customer got solid green light but only getting blue/black screen with Camera system unavailable or check rear camera system.
Solutions:
1. Check connections is secure on dummy plug. If Cx had auto lock for tailgate that was moved over to new tailgate handle then you don't use the dummy plug by spare tire, you'll use the port to the right of the dummy plug. This was the original wiring for the factory auto lock which has been moved to our harness.
2. If that fails then customer is not pre-wired so they need to return order for refund.

1. Send genie steps. *IOB genie takes longer than any other genie to program typically, 5+ minutes. Also try genie a few times.
2. Try new genie.
3. If both genies fail then have kit come back for refund.
