Things to know

When first installing the UAQ radio in your Chrysler-based vehicle, you'll notice some features missing, such as your XM icon, correct splash screen, correct themes, heated & cooled seats and steering features, back up camera and more. This is will resolve itself, after turning off the vehicle, and letting it sleep an accumulative 48 hours. The back up camera may take the entire 48-hour period though.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera. If you would like to add a rear view back-up camera check out most popular plug & play OBD Genie Rear View Camera Bundle.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing roof-mounted Sirius® satellite radio antenna (if equipped). If you do not currently have an antenna installed on your roof and you would like to add SiriusXM capability with the new system be sure to select the option above and then see our SiriusXM Satellite Radio Antenna Kit.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing UConnect® bluetooth hands-free calling feature. Simply re-pair your phone to the new radio once installed.

Vehicles currently equipped with "Performance Pages" on the UConnect 8.4-inch display will forfeit this feature by upgrading to the 7-inch UAG radio.

Ram Trucks currently equipped with steering wheel mounted audio controls and/or voice recognition & phone buttons will need to use the buttons located on the radio display and instrument panel bezel when upgrading to the UAG Infotainment system. See photo below.
