If a Cx complains that their Sync 3 upgrade isn't up to date because of dark mode not looking the same as the newest versions of sync 3 in 2020 or 2021 vehicles which have version 3.4. Our Sync 3 upgrades come with 3.0 which looks a bit different, especially with dark mode. As you'd think 3.4's dark mode looks nicer. However, they cannot update to the 3.4 version as they will incur a battery drain issue.
