RHB and RB5 "Can't Unlock Maps" error message occurs after Navigation repair.
There's a 50/50 chance that, after having a Garmin issue fixed, there will be a notification that says "Can't Unlock Maps" once per drive cycle.
There's no fix for this but you can simply press "OK" to remove it.
